Elevating Purpose Coaching
Executive Leadership Coaching
Brenda has coached executive leaders from across the United States as well as internationally. In addition to providing them with coaching to develop and lead strategies that promote the growth and strategic alignment of their organizations and businesses, she provides them with a roadmap for effectively leading with vision and purpose. Brenda helps executives to identify and develop talent and leaders to ensure the sustainability and competitive positioning of their organizations for the future. Brenda provides a structured and systematic approach that works with any executive’ busy schedule and life.
Purpose Inspired Leadership
To effectively lead others, you first must be able to lead yourself. However, to lead yourself, you must know and understand who you are. It is difficult to lead someone you do not know. Do you understand who you are…and why you are who you are? To answer these questions, it is important to understand your purpose or mission in life and ensure that your thoughts, responses, and vision align with it. Brenda utilizes the answers to these questions in a coaching approach to help leaders develop a clear meaning of their purpose to align their actions, behaviors and decisions with their goals, desired outcomes and vision for themselves, families and/or organizations. The coaching methodology provides strategies that help leaders leverage their purpose as a mental compass which guides or inspires their actions and outcomes. The methodology is referred to as purpose inspired leadership development coaching. To understand the impact of this process, we must learn how to navigate the parallel reality to achieve our desired outcomes and results. Brenda will provide participants with three key strategies to navigate the biases and perceptions that exist in the parallel reality equipping them with the tools and information to achieve what they need
Small Business Leadership Coaching
Brenda provides business leadership coaching for business owners to ensure that there is an alignment with the strategic vision for growth and/or expansion for their businesses. The process is a key to ensuring and sustaining disciplined leadership and commitment necessary for effectively positioning the business for sustainable growth in the future. It includes formal and informal coaching for the business owner and other key stakeholders within the business. In addition to working with small business owners, Brenda has served as a small business development coach for the US Small Business Administration as well as an Instructor Support Coach for Interise’s small business national network of business development instructors.
Small Business Development Consulting
Brenda provides organizational and business development innovative consulting services for small to medium sized organizations and businesses. Services begin with conducting an organizational current reality assessment to identify areas for focus and development. The outcome of this process is to provide the leaders with a strategic alignment action plan that serves as a framework to transform and align their business with a strategic vision.
Brenda serves as the curriculum designer, program manager and facilitator for the Sonoco Leadership Academy Program for small business development. The program provides business owners with curriculum and consulting that strengthens the personal, strategic, financial, legal, marketing leadership and management for their businesses. Brenda has led the program for the past 10 years with more than 125 small business owners from across the country successfully graduating from the program.
Brenda has also led small business development programs for the US Department of Transportation, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Fifth Third Bank as well as for the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, NC.
